A new stage has been reached in the AI ecosystem. OpenAI has officially introduced its GPT-5.2 model developed for professional use. Compared to previous versions, the new model aims to offer a higher accuracy rate, expanded context management, and more stable performance in multi-step tasks. GPT-5.2 is offered to users in three different versions: Instant, Thinking, and Pro.

Developed especially with corporate needs in mind, these versions include significant capability increases in spreadsheet creation, advanced coding, presentation preparation, and long-text analysis. The model’s main goal is to increase operational efficiency for both individual developers and large-scale companies.

Hallucination Issue and Reliability

According to information shared by OpenAI Vice President of Research Aidan Clark, the GPT-5.2 Pro version stands out in academic and scientific research with its in-depth analysis capability. In tests, it was stated that it gave more consistent and meaningful responses than its rivals to an immunology researcher’s complex scenarios.

The hallucination risk (generating false information), one of the biggest problems AI agents face while carrying out autonomous tasks, has been minimized with the GPT-5.2 Thinking model. Thanks to this increase in reliability, technology giants such as Notion, Shopify, Zoom, and Databricks have included the model in their integration processes.

User Experience and Disney Partnership

GPT-5.2 preserves the natural conversational tone of GPT-5.1 while offering a more structured response architecture. This structure makes it easier to use the model as a technical assistant. Simultaneously with the launch, a 3-year licensing agreement with Disney was also announced. Within this scope, GPT models will be used in the infrastructure of AI-supported videos to be used in Disney Plus content.
