About the Project & System Capabilities
Ankaverse Hub is a next-generation, AI-powered Integration and Operations Hub that consolidates dispersed e-commerce data and operational processes into a single hub.

The system goes beyond simply processing raw data (XML/Excel/API) from suppliers and making it available for sale; it also aggregates orders from marketplaces and customer inquiries within the same dashboard, allowing you to manage the entire e-commerce process without switching between screens.

Single-Screen Control: Consolidates orders from different channels—such as Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and N11—into a single pool. Automated Shipping Process: Automatically generates the order invoice, prints the shipping barcode, and integrates with the shipping carrier to provide real-time package status updates.
💬 Customer Relations & Q&A Panel:
Centralized Messaging: Consolidates customer questions from different platforms into a single “Inbox.” AI Assistant Responses: Artificial Intelligence analyzes customer questions, suggests the most appropriate response to the operator, or automatically answers frequently asked questions (e.g., “Where is my package?”).
🌐 Platform-Independent Data Processing (PIM):
Universal Import: Reads and standardizes all supplier data regardless of format—XML, Excel (XLSX/CSV), or JSON API. Dynamic Mapping: Allows you to map supplier data to database fields using a drag-and-drop interface, without requiring any coding knowledge.
